I’m Mary Ball, Founder & Growth-Operations Consultant (Chief Problem Solver) at BallPoint Consultancy.

I help Leaders and scrappy teams cut through the noise, find clarity, and move quickly, partnering with you to fix the chaos and build your revenue engine.

With over 15 years of experience in sales, strategy, and leadership across high-growth tech startups, I know what it takes to scale. And I know how hard it is to do it alone, especially when figuring it out on the fly.

I’m not the person you call when everything’s neat and tidy.  I’m the one you call while the dust’s still flying, when the pressure’s on, decisions are stacking up, and perhaps the ‘winging it’ approach has stopped working.

These roles have given me a front-row seat to what it takes to build, grow, and scale from the inside and the frontlines.

I’ve worked within global organisations, through IPOs, restructures, and periods of intense scale. I’ve led teams, launched markets, and been in the thick of commercial planning, sales execution, and delivery.

But some of the most valuable lessons came from working across teams, aligning product with sales, marketing with ops, and navigating the space between leadership decisions and customer experience.
